You can solve the cube

In this post I'll teach you how to solve the Rubik's cube with the Beginers method.

For this tutorial you need to be able to read cube notation, so if you don't know go read my tutorial about it and then come back

The first step for solving the cube is to aline all the white edges, with the yelow center and white on the top. Like in the picture below.

Then aling the other color of the edge with the centre and rotate it 180º to make a cross on the bottom like in the image below. Then turn the cube to make the white cross on the bottom.

Now choose a corner with a white sticker turn the top layer to put the corner in a spot between the centers from the other two colors of the corner.

If the white sticker is facing the right do this:

R U R'

If the white sticker is facing the left do this:

L' U' L

If the white sticker is facing up on the right do this:

(R U R' U') x 3

If the white sticker is facing up on the left do this:

(L' U' L U) x 3

If the corner is inserted wrongly take the corner out with this?

L' U' or R U

If the cube is facing forward just rotate the cube

Repeat for the other four corners and you have done the first layer

Then select a edge with no yellow or white. See wich color is facing forward and align it with the respective center and turn the upper layer to make that edges upper color be the opposite color of the center. For exemple if the red and blue color is align with the blue center turn it to align with the opposite color of red wich is orange. If you turned to the left do this:

R U R' U' F' U' F

If you turned it to the right do this:

L' U L U' F U F'

Repeat this process four times and you should have something like this:

That's the first 2 layers. Now let's do the first layers.

There's 3 cases that can happen the first case is the dot where all the yelow edges are fliped

to solve this case we are going to transform it into the next case buy doing

F R U R' U' F'

Now the second case is going to appear it will look like a cross minus 2 pieces hold the cube in a way that makes the flipped edges are in the left and back. Do the same thing to solve it.

The third case will apear and it will be a line. Where the 2 edges are in oposite side put the edges in the left and right sides by moving the top laye, and do the same thing.

After the croos, we are going to align the cross with the centers. So first you need to align one edge.

If theres two edges align next two each other put the misaligned edge on the front with the other misaligned edge on the left and do this:

R U R' U R U2

If the wrong edges are opposite to each other do that once and do the same thing.

Know see if there's any corner in the solved spot ( orientation is not important ) if there is put i in the rigth and do this:

U R U' L' U R' U' L

If there isn´t just do this until there is. When all the corners are in the solved spot we just need to orient the corners. So rotate the cube to make yellow on the left and whit on the right in a way there's an not oriented corner in the left and do this until de corner is solved:

U' R' U R

Then just rotate the yelow face to another corner repeat untill the corners are all oriented. the just solve the rest
